I am the founder of Social.Psych.Arc.

Highschool has been a journey. As someone who has extremely high expectations for herself and gets overwhelmed easily I found it very easy to get lost in my own head. Especially, as a rising senior in IB my life changed very quickly. I went from a relatively calm sophmore with few worries to a junior filled with uncertainty and stress.

Social media makes it so difficult to appreciate yourself and your achievements. It a constant battle between doing too much and not doing enough.

However, I quickly realized I wasn't the only one who felt this and so I decided to create a platform where students can surround themselves with like-minded individuals who deal with similar challenges.

So, this platform serves as a mental cheet sheet to help you thrive in high school and college.
